\[\frac{x+11}{x+3} \times \frac{x^2-9}{x^2+20x+99}\]\[=\frac{x+11}{x+3} \times \frac{(x-3)(x+3)}{(x+11)(x+9)}\]Now, cancel the common factors in both numerator and denominator. Can you do it?
\[x^2 - 9 = (x-3)(x+3)\] \[x^2 + 20x + 99 = (x + 9)(x + 11)\] Cancel whatever is being cancelled and then solve it further..
