when dividing by a fraction, flip the bottom fraction and multiply then factor as much as possible \[\rightarrow \frac{(3-s)(3+s)}{3rs}*\frac{5rs}{(s+5)(s-3)}\] \[=\frac{-5(s+3)}{3(s+5)}\]
