No. There are only questions (not good or bad) . 
Well this feature is not a feature yet anyways. I have seen talk of it, but I haven't seen any posts about action being made on this.  
There is only the best explanation.

you can medal the asker IF he comments on the post though ^_^ but that would mean being unable to medal other respondents so use it wisely :S

Sometimes I medal the asker if he participates and he puts in more participation than someone, who is not the asker, has into their explanation .

i usually medal the asker when im the one teaching and i see that the asker is not an answer fiend :S hehe lol
