i need help
Yes, but what is the problem??
4x+3y=-1 3x+y=-3 determine which am i supposed to use graphing substition or elimantion explain
Use can use substitution here.. From Second Equation, just find the value of y i.e y = -3 - 3x.. Substitute this value in first equation and find y and then find x.. Able in getting what I am saying or not??
yes thanks
Welcome dear...
i have two more If you wanted to eliminate the y variable by adding the two equations in the following system, what could be your first step? 5x − 6y = 6 x − y = -12 What is the value of the x variable in the solution to the following system of equations? 4x − 3y = 3 5x − 4y = 3
In first equation to eliminate y by adding is to multiply the Second equation by -6 and then add the two equations...
k
In second equation: multiply 1eq by 5 and 2eq by 4 so, 20x - 15y = 15 20x - 16y = 12 Subtract them: y = 3 and x = 3.. S0, the value of x = 3..
thanks for your help
