Im working on this problem: 9. Differentiate H(z) = 2^1-6z

mathslover (mathslover):

d(2)-d(6z)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

d(2) is 0, right?

mathslover (mathslover):

yes

mathslover (mathslover):

-6 is the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No its not. The answer is -6(1-6z) ln(2).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But I have no idea why there is a natural log.

mathslover (mathslover):

i am right according to wolfram alpha ...see steps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Maybe I should have typed H(z) = 2^(1-6z)

mathslover (mathslover):

check that what is the correct ans.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mathslover (mathslover):
