Can you help me with symmetry? Points B and B' have symmetry with respect to the x-axis. Find the coordinates of B'.? When B is (4, 3), B' is (_ , _) When B is (4, 1), B' is (_ , _) When B is (-3 , 5), B' is (_ , _) When B is (-3, -2), B' is (_ , _)

I thought that B' would be 3,4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when B was 4,3

Does anyone have any idea? I think that the answers are: (-3, -4) (-1, -4) (-5, 3) ( 2, 3)

Do you have any suggestions @Ashley1997 ? :)

Help!

1st) 4,-3 2nd) 4,-1 3rd) -3,-5 4th) -3,2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But how did you get that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok because it is reflected by x axis so y axis number changes to the opposite

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That makes sense! Thanks!
