Hey! I was looking through my profile (so vain I know) but I saw that it said, um, for example in OpenStudy Feedback that I've answered 193 questions and gotten 147 medals...
Does it count every reply as an answer or have I actually answered 193 questions over here?

I believe you get +1 to the "x number of questions answered" whenever you first reply to a question. However, multiple replies to the same question do not increase that counter, just the first one.

Also, when you delete all of your responses to the question, I suspect that this would remove 1 from that counter.
