Let's check it y > –3x + 4 7 > –3(-1) + 4 ... replace x with -1 and y with 7 7 > 3 + 4 7 > 7 Since that last inequality is false, the point (-1,7) does NOT lie in the solution region.

well idk since I only know of (-1,7). let's see your other choices
(0, 3) (1, 3) (3, –6) (–1, 7) I think it is 1,3
Checking (1,3) y > –3x + 4 3 > –3(1) + 4 3 > -3 + 4 3 > 1 Which is true. So (1,3) is indeed in the solution set.
