Rebecca, All of the above. My original intent was to have a group of folks who embody all the good things that OpenStudy stands for. A cohort of great OpenStudiers, who welcome and help the transition new users.

Okay! I think that we should have some basic standards for who can become an amby. Maybe something similar to what OS expects of mods, such as good standing with most users, responsible, mature, etc. I think maybe making a minimum SS score would be kind of cool, maybe like say, 55 or something, so we know they've been on and know the basics of how some of this stuff works.
I kind of already open new users a lot so I don't really need a title to make me feel better about it, but I think when we see new users, just welcoming them and showing them how to get around, linking CoC, giving some basic tips like "don't ask questions in chat" etc., is a great start.

1. Put a question in feedback
2. Make a link for a survey type thing
3. Maybe have a few older users make a list of possible people that could be ambassador and message them, asking them if they'd like to be a part of the program.

@Preetha im not so sure bout this, but remember the chat me and @GOODMAN had with you? we could have one of the OS users be the leader of the Ambassadors program. Remember this? The leader would communicate with the mods on what we need to get to the ambassadors and that leader could help get it to all the other ambassadors! Then that way the mods would not have so much on their hands? idk your call..
