Julia has 2 identical rooms in her house. If each room measures 8 feet on one side and 12 feet on another, what is the total area of the rooms?

area = length x breadth plug in : length = 8, breadth =12 area of one room = 8x12 area of two rooms = 2(8x12)

Multiple the area of one room by 2.
