Ok.  Let me reiterate.  I have not made you ALL ambassadors yet.  You are the Ambassador committee that figures out how to structure this program. Who will be chosen? How? What requirements? How will they apply?  How will they be trained? Who will train them? What will they do? 
This is the front end work.  It is a challenge.  When you rise to the challenge then you will get the rewards. 
I picked the five folks I could think of. Now Becca, KC, PK, Ash can together vote on one more.  I offered the opportunity to Carniel.  If he/she wants it, then he/she is in the committee.  But everyone has to work together and be a team. You are creating something good and valuable.
