just my points of view...i dont think there should be a minimum smartscore..being SS 55 doesnt mean you've been on the site long..for example parth reached 57 in one day..so did my dupes..my point being SS shouldnt measure ambassadorship

another point is the inactivity..true that ambies should be always available but forcing them to be online is like forcing the mods to be online during the dead hours

and also..the ambassador program originally had "shift schedules"..that means all day there would be an online ambassador..that's what i think should be implemented instead

also..each amby should be assigned a certain group (just like before) the new ambies go to the less populated groups..and the veteran ambies go to math, physics, etc.

You have a good point on the SS thing.
I thought 6 weeks would be a *more* than fair enough time-frame. It doesn't really *force* them to be on at all.
I love the idea of shift hours.
At this point we are all new ambassadors so assigning groups is irrelevant.

Okay, guys. So I looked back through the two posts that are specifically related to the ambassador's program. I think that some basics we need to have 2 group leaders that kind of watch the rest of them. We could even cycle the group leaders out maybe once every month to give everyone a chance to show leadership in this area.
We'd have to have an even number of Ambassadors and we'll just make Amby buddies kind of thing.
Then, maybe like every other week or so all the Ambassadors meet up and discuss what's going on and future plans. We put together anything we may (as a group) want to talk about with the mods, and any new ideas we may have for the betterment of the group.

I think ambassadors should be allowed to keep their job for about a year though as long as they are on and the leaders of the ambassador group cycle every month.

another one of the catch in amby before was..if an ambassador gets a legit warning/suspension/report abuse they get stripped of the badge..idk if it should be reimplemented
