OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats not the whole answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not even an answer choice on the test

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4440 cubic inches 5280 cubic inches 5520 cubic inches 6120 cubic inches

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the correct answer was 6,120 because I guessed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its ok, online courses are harder than regular school courses

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You get no help from the teachers during the test

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you think you know how to work?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

work what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I want to know how to arrive to 6,120

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

You just need to divide the box up into two different rectangular prisms. The first will have dimensions \(30\times20\times(15-8)\) and the other will have dimensions \(12\times20\times8\). Multiply these out, and then add them, you get \[4200+1920=6120\]as the volume. Let me know if you need more explanation on this.
