Doesn't appear you have enough to prove congruence in this case. The angle at the base of the middle (apparently vertical) segment is not marked; if it isn't exactly perpendicular to the base, the two triangles aren't congruent.
is that the answer?
If that's the question, I think so.
For SAS, you need all three elements. You have the two S's, but there isn't anything that tells you the angles are the same.
