So you take out 2 off both sides, you'll get \(|4x – 10| + 2 -2 ≤ 8-2\)

\(|4x–10|≤6\) \(-6≤4x–10≤6 \\4≤4x≤16\\1≤x≤4\) Absolutely right :)
