The course choice is extremely personal. Always make sure it's something you want to do. 

Having said that, you'll still have a choice to make. Check out the scope of the syllabus. Do you have any long term goals? Where would you rather see yourself? What subjects are you comfortable with? What sort of projects would you rather do? 

You are the best person to answer these questions and hence you are the best person to help you out. There is nothing like a 'general' better choice. Somethings may be good for you. Somethings may not. You are the best judge of that.
