There are 5 members in the committee, and apparently all of us want to be ambassadors. If we are chosen, then I think it'd be unfair for the other users on OpenStudy.

No, you will be also in the committee. If we have some more members then the selection can be unbiased and you could also be ambassadors

We have divided our work in three parts:
1) Form-filling
2) Eliminating some of the users based on that past behaviour,
3) Voting process
