what are the input & output parameters(e.g.Ah) when deciding to purchase on solar battery charger?

Input parameters
1. Output voltage of solar panel. We need this value to choose the charger with permissible input voltage.
2. Output current of the panel must be lower the input current of charger.
3. Charging current must be ~0,1 of nom capacity of battery.
4. System volage - 12/24/36/48...etc. We need it to define the amount of batteries connected in series
