What does the evidence suggest as a cause of the mass extinction 65 million years ago? A. a great earthquake B. a great flood C. a meteor crashed to earth D. a drastic temperature drop

We dont know for sure. These are theories. For the drastic drop of temp, I guess thats what formed the Ice Age and wiped out the dinosaurs. Maybe a meteor crashed and also wiped them out; there has been craters found on the earth. A great flood seems like a biblical story of Noah's Ark. A great earthquake wouldnt happen over the WHOLE entire earth. It would be great enough to wipe out a population on one side.
