gist of ambassador training (idk if this is what they do every time pls confirm @ash2326 )

first week -> lesson on do's and dont's when "scolding" new users
homework: write three examples of do's and dont's when "scolding" users

second week-> lesson on how to engage with new users
homework: script in talking to new users; log in for an hour in OS and interact with new users (screenshots required)

third week -> lesson on code of conduct
homework: spend 3 hours on site and submit interaction with 3 users

fourth week i cant recall lol

@lgbasallote I wouldn't call it scolding, advising is better.
First two weeks training will be the same, third week won't be "code of conduct".
That time code of conduct was changed that's why we had its training. I think two weeks training would be enough, @cshalvey might have some more ideas
