Which question is it ? the 1st or the 2nd?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm having trouble with both, I got both wrong :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you know for the first multiple both matrixes then choose the element it ask for

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's what I did Lol :/ How off am I?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, you could do the whole multiplication, but it is probably easier to figure out which row and column interact to give the requested number. It seems to me that the fourth row and first column of the product will be the fourth row of H multiplied by the first column of F. I get negative three.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When you say "the fourth row of H multiplied by the first column of F", are you talking about the entire row and comlumn? Or a specific number from each

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The row elements multiply by the corresponding column elements, then are summed.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

q 1 is -3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer to the second question is fourteen, using a similar method.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

remember it is HF :) for first one if you did fh you did it wrong because it is not even possible ab cd ef gh 4th row 1st colum is g i did math for you and i got -3 on the matrix
