HELP..... Which of the following is the slope between the two points (1, 5) and (6, 4)? -1/5 1/5 5 -5

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

\[slope = \frac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2-x_1}\] does that help? :)

Parth (parthkohli):

Slope is change in y over change in x. x changes by 5 and y changes by 1. Can you make it into a fraction?

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

do you get either of that @ahmadnehela ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the answer is -1/5

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

hmm yep sounds right :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):
