First let's have some more members in the committee. Then we'll do the selection process. It's imperative to have more mods in the committee

Let's talk about how they'd be selected.

\(\Large \cdot \) I have seen the people who fight for personal reasons because they are partial, and they support one person and they hate the other. I believe a lot of people would get eliminated with this one, but we do need ambassadors like this. Why? Isn't their job just to welcome? Well, if ambassadors fight, that'll make the new users think that the site is just made of a chat that jokes all the time, and fights. So, we'll have a wrong impression made on the new ones.

I agree with part of that. The rest I think you are now using this as a platform to get back over things you do not like that you see happening. Which I find distasteful and un-amby like.

Ambassadors represent Open Study, so they have to be unbiased.
They are supposed to help all and not just their friends.

And, all humans would react to situations in which someone fight. So, ambassadors are not Gods. Though, they like to keep friendly and like to keep their environment friendly :)

Hmn this is something biased too. You really argue with a non-ambassador about a thing but you agree about it with an ambassador.
