I have a doubt, how do you increase your teamwork score? It hasn't even budged for me since SmartScore has been introduced.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Also, how do you invite a user?

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

This is going to make a lot more sense in a few days. ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What dya mean?

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

We're reworking the invite workflow so that it's much more sane than our current implementation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What about the teamwork doubt?

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

Ah, right. Teamwork is based on actions that others do directed at you. So, someone accepts an invite that you sent. Or someone gives you a Testimonial, etc, etc.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But I've seen users with the same number of fans as me but much higher teamwork score!! Its frustrating!!

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

That is not an all-inclusive list of actions that gains you a higher teamwork score, just some examples.

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

I think the highest point value in that category is receiving a medal from an asker that you've never received a medal from before. So, essentially, helping a user you've never helped.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK ..... I get it. Thanks!!!!

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

Aha, ok. So medals for gaining fans and inviting users are the highest. Medals from askers who have never given you a medal are next highest. And then there are a handful of other things mixed in as well.

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

Gah. I can't type.

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

Gaining fans and inviting users (or rather, users accepting your invites) are highest. Medals from askers are next highest. That's how that should have read.

This sounds really cool!
