The question is asking you to calculate the mean, mode and median for the data and say which is bigger. The mode is easy: just look for the most common value. For the mean, just add all the values up and divide by the number of values. To get the median you need to list the values in increasing order of size and just find the middle value. Because there is an even number of values you will actually have to add the two middle values and divide by two.
