A=Pe^rt=10000(e^0.045x5) how do you do this and how do you type the e in a scientific calculator?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

\[A=10000e ^{.045(5)}\] \[A=10000e ^{.225}\] \[A=10000(1.252322716)=$12,523.27\]

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Type the exponent which is .225 into your calculator and then push the e^x button which is the 2nd function ln button.

OpenStudy (paxpolaris):

scientific calculators have an \(\Large e\) button and an \(\Large e^x\)

OpenStudy (paxpolaris):

button.
