Add 1/8 both the sides, you can find x by this.. Solve it or not???
is it 1/8 or (7x+1)/-8? -4 * -8 = 7x +1 32 = 7x +1 31 = 7x x= 31/7

@waterineyes this is how i like to answer the questions, if they are not able to do it at all a hint could discourage them. i will take your criticism in consideration and not give the answer but i like showing the step.s
You are providing them with the answers, So, why will they solve the questions? They just see your solutions and when it comes on test, they will fail.. Why?? Because you will be not be there to give them your answers... Right???
