What are the kinds of symmetry a capital B has? Line, Point, Plane, or none.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know it has plane, and I'm pretty sure it has point, but It can't have line right? my program keeps telling me I only have a partially correct answer when I answer with plane and point...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In truth? This kind of depends on the font used. :-) I would also include line symmetry for most fonts. Think about what happens if you fold a capital B in half around the middle horizontal line: Does it create a mirror image on either side of that line?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope. One side would have a rounded edge and the other would be straight,

Horizontal line. y=something. http://www.learner.org/courses/learningmath/geometry/session7/part_a/index.html

And like I said, it greatly depends on the font used.
