What are related rates of change and how do we find related rates of change?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is exactly as the name implies.... related rates is how rates are related to one another.. for example, in a circle, if the radius is changing with respect to time, don't you think the area of that circle would be changing also? so dr/dt and dA/dt are related in some way....
