MIT 18.06 Linear Algebra, Spring 2010 10 Online

I have difficulty understanding page 25 and page 316~317, why Prof Strang's lecture didn't cover this part? Will there be a lecture video on second course of linear algebra. This is a great book, but it'll be awesome to watch Prof Strang teaching every chaters of his book.
