a little confused, i get different answers and my answers dont math the book

find the are and perimeter of the stamp
2.5cm (sides)
and 3.25cm (top and bottom)

For area you would do 3.25*2.5,
and for perimeter, you would do 2l+2w=P
2(2.5)+2(3.25)=Perimeter. Cause there are two sides and two top/bottom.
