Well, there are three subphases of interphase. But to answer this question, I would actually need to SEE something about the cell that the question is talking about. I'll describe the subphases for you. G1 - Proteins and organelles are duplicated. S - Chromosomes are duplicated G2 - More proteins and organelles are duplicated. The spindles begin to form in this subphase.
