I have a conducting spherical shell of radius R carrying charge Q>0. A conducting sphere of radius r (R>r) carrying charge q is concentrically placed inside this spherical shell (somehow). Job is to find the potential at a point inside the sphere. please help !

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

Work out the potential at the centre of both spheres using the charges present on the surfaces, and there you are.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you mean 1/4pieEo (Q/R+q/r)

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

yep!

thanks :) I got little confused when i first saw the question.
