with the info given, i think you need to find the third side of each triangle to law of cosines in one triangle and law of sines in the other so you could compare the sides being proportional...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@sugargurl can you help me out too?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Two triangles are similar iff: all the corresponding angles are equal, or all the corresponding sides are proportional. so here the angles are similar.. the correct ans is the first choice..;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So two triangles are similar if the angles are equal... or proportional.?

Example 4: Use Figure 4 to show that Δ ABC∼ Δ DEF. Figure 4 Similar right triangles. m ∠ C = m ∠ F (All right angles are equal.) m ∠ A = m ∠ D (They are indicated as equal in the figure.) Δ ABC∼ Δ DEF ( AA Similarity Postulate)

yup in the above case..:).. I HAVE ALSO GIVEN U AN EXAMPLE TO MAKE U CLEAR FOR OTHER QUESTIONS..:)_
