9-2(4x+5) if x=-4
what are your options?
what do u mean
is your question multiple choice?
no
can u tye it in steps
can u type it in steps
if x = -4 9-2(4(-4)+5) 9-2(-16+5) 9-2(-11) 9+22 31
can u do it all together thev whole promble
just replace the x to 9-2(4x+5) so it will be 9-2 (4(-4)+5) like @agustin_pc put..
and do the first paranthesis..
Follow PEMDAS...
\[-7x-3(9-7x) if x=-2\]
help
same thing sine the x is given just replace the x to -2
can u type the promble in steps please
-7(-2)-3(9-7(-2))
−7x−3(9−7x)ifx=−2 since x is given, we replace the x to -2 -7(-2)-3(9-7(-2)) and we follow the PEMDAS which is parentheses first right, so -7(-2)-3(23) and same thing again -7(-2) is 14 -3(23) is -69 so its 14-69 and u finish it.. and i think thats how you do it.. or someone can check mine and if something is wrong just recheck it and thankz
when it comes to parentheses for me I used my TI-84 because its easy for me.. you can do it in the paper and if your not sure I use calculator.. so yeah
did you get it? hope u understand
6(3x-1)-10x if x=7
really??
you do it first replace the x to -7 when you replace it put parentheses on it so u dont get confused
tell me if did and we go to the next round
if x =7 -> 6(3(7)-1)-10(7), 6(21-1)-70, 6(20)-70, 120-70 = 50
he got it ^
7-4x+2(5x+8) if x=-2
Ma'am do u know how to do it?
