Which of the following is not equivalent to the rational expression 7/x-3 a. -7/x-3b.-7/3-x Someone HELP!!!

I assume you mean 7/(x-3) To keep the expression the same we must multiply the top and bottom by the same number. To change 7 to -7, we must have multiplied by -1, so x-3 must be multiplied by -1 also.
