explain the similarities and differences between the graphs of a radical function and a logarithmic function.
Well, saying frankly, I have not any proper knowledge about this..
well @nyan21 asked me just same question about a month ago @sara1234 !
of course i remembered but now i forgot but my advice: - just check out the facts & knowledge on http://www.google.co.in/ becoz this question is similar to facts;)
after studying if u have doubt then ask @sara1234 my gr8 advice:)
i mean ask to OS after studying!
exactly what are you looking for? just characteristics of each function?
they're both similar in that they have domain restrictions...
they both increase....
they'e continuous withing their domain...
they're both differentiable for all x within their domains...
now differences...
one has an asymptote....
one has a range of all real numbers but the other has a resricted range.
one starts with an "r" the other starts with "L"
i think you do most of this if you just pull up the basic graphs of each. and also do what @maheshmeghwal9 said...:)
