The key idea of the transformation called a reflection is the __ of a plane about a __ line.

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

Methinks... "rotation" of a plane about a "fixed" line.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the 'fixed' is right

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

why not rotation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its 'flipping'

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

ohkay, stupid online stuff >.< sorry for getting you wrong though.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its ok ;D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I agree with seashell that it is flipping. Because when you use the word rotation, you mean to find volume since by rotation you are generating a 3d figure. While reflection just purely mean reflection.
