Mark is in training for a marathon race. He has been training by running 10 miles each day. He will be increasing his running by this weekly formula:y=10(1.1)^x . Compute the distance Mark will run if he continues using the formula, for 52 weeks (x = 52). Does this distance seem reasonable? 0 miles 10 miles 11 miles 20 miles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes put x = 52 and see what you get

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh wait why are the given too small

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is exactly how the question is cause i copied a pasted

OpenStudy (rulnick):

Maybe it should be (1.01)^x instead of (1.1)^x?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

type the formula again please, don't copy and paste it
