Find the range of each of the following functions. (i) f(x) = 2 – 3x, x ∈ R, x > 0.

OpenStudy (experimentx):

it's a linear function with negative slope ... just plot the graph ... you should easily know.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry ....for x>0 the|dw:1340805155371:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for x >0 y belongs\[(-\infty,2)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

find out the slope of the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

u r correct but how

PLZZ HELP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because when x =0 the y value is 2.......as x keeps on increasing the Y keeps decreasing.......till it goes to.... -infinity...but x=0 is not in the domain so y=2 should be remove from the range as at x=0 y=2....
