Volume = Base * height Base = area of the triangle (remember 1/2 * b * h ?) Height = your depth here Or if you prefer the way the computer does it... \[Volume=\frac{n}{4}hs^2 \cot\frac{\pi}{n}\] where n = the number of sides h = height, as before s = length of any one side I think you would have a much easier time doing the former method however for something simple like this (simple because it's just a triangle)
