To approach a problem like this, you should convert each measurement to a single unit. In this case, I'd probably use cm3: To convert mL to cm3... you can just change the unit, because 1cm3=1mL Converting m3 to cm3 shouldn't be that difficult. If you imagine a cubic meter, it is 100cm on each side, so is equal to 100x100x100cm3 3.0x(10^-2) L is probably the trickiest. First try converting it out of scientific notation, and then converting from L to mL should be a cinch! Once they're all in the same unit, it's easy to see which is the smallest.
