when dividing fractions, you multiply by the reciprocal
the reciprocal is the fraction turn upside down
so the reciprocal of
a/b is b/a

so 7/15 * 5/3 will give you the solution.
7*5/15*3= 35/45

then you reduce to lowest terms (divide by 5)
35/45=7/9
