I would think that the only thing you can factor is the 3 & 27 so 3(x^6y^3-9ax^3y^5) is what I think it would be.

A:xy3(x2 – 9ay2) C:3x3y3(x2 – 9ay2) B:3x3y3(x2 + 9ay2) D:3xy3(x2 – 9ay2)

It would have to be answer C. That's the only thing that would then go back to your original number.
