Ellen has a bag of candy to share with her friends. If she has 2 butterscotch candies, 3 peppermints, and 5 pieces of toffee, what is the probability that the first two people will randomly choose toffees if they take turns choosing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay to solve a probability you have to add all the factors in this case 2 + 3 + 5 = 10 but only 5 of those are toffee so we have 5:10 Can you do the rest?

1/2 is that right
