from the graph, you can see that there exists a minimum value for the equation. The minimum value of any quadratic equation is attained at -b/2a. in the graph, (-b/2a) is less than zero. the first and the last equations satisfy this. We also clearly see that one of the solutions is 1. the first expression satisfies this. Thus the graph represents the firs equation.

SIMPLER VERSION From the graph we can see that the solutions are -5 and 1. the only expression having -5 and 1 as solutions is the first one.
