I have a student using the OYEZ project as a citation, using some info from a Supreme Court decision. Should he be citing as a web page or as a Court decision? I am inclned as a web page since it is a law school site. The student copied and pasted the MLA cite at the bottom of the page, which is going to get points deducted right off the bat as this is to be APA research paper. Thanks in advance.
