Further, The longer diagonal bisects the shorter diagonal, but the shorter diagonal doesn't bisect the longer diagonal. However, two diagonals are perpendicular. In a kite, there exists exactly one pair of congruent angles formed by two sides of unequal length. Both B and C are not properties of a kite. (If we change B to "One pair of opposite congruent angles", then C is the choice.
