#5 and #6 : just plug in the x and y values and see if it equals each other.
#7-11: all these are related to the formula : y=mx+b . rewrite the equations into this form & figure out what the question is asking. m= slope, b = y-intercept
#12=15: the questions are asking for slope, which is RISE/ RUN.
