hii ,
the top three levels have 4, 10, 16 blocks
this implies the as you go down the pyramid you add 6 more blocks !
its like a A.P series , i.e. you add 6 more to each level !
4, 10 , 16,...............
for total number of blocks used you simply find the sum of the A.P series
